Due to popular demand we’ve added an extra date! Book in for Wednesday 25th January 2023 now!
The Animal Carer Experience (ACE) is a fantastic opportunity for kids and teens aged 8-16 to experience a taste of life as a Marine Animal Carer during school holidays in Coffs Harbour. They will help feed and care for the marine wildlife in our park and our specialised marine animal rescue & rehabilitation facility. Be warned, children will come home smelling fishy but happy!
This is an original gift idea for an aspiring marine animal care professional!
ACE runs with a minimum of 6 and up to a maximum of 10 children on Wednesdays throughout the school holidays.
Kids will experience:
- VIP Seating at our main “Dolphin Dreamtime & Sea Lions Live” presentation
- VIP Tour of Dolphin Marine Conservation Park
- Feeding and caring for sick and injured sea turtles
- Splashes by our fish, rays, and sharks
- Freshwater turtles up close
- Providing enrichment for our Little Blue Penguins
- Interacting with our Australian Sea Lions and their favourite toys
- Watching our dolphins interact with their environment
- Lunch at our Creekside Cafe
- Receive an email link/voucher for 1 Digital photo to redeem online (additional photos are available to purchase)
- Personalised Participation Certificate
What to Bring:
- Enclosed footwear
- Hat and sunscreen
- Camera/phone – your child can take photos to record a personal memento of their experience
When: Wednesdays 10:30 am – 1.30 pm to Wednesday 25th January 2023. Bookings essential.
Cost: $275 per child during school holidays (Park entry included)
